Module 3: Introduction to the Library: A Closer Look
This section will provide you with an activity that gives you the opportunity to explore the library, understand its organization, and what kind of materials it contains. When finished with your exploration, you will discuss what you found interesting with your instructor and select a research topic that you will explore this entire school year. As you go through these tutorial lessons, use the page Library Vocabulary: Words You Should Know to become familiar with library terms (link is also at the top under the site title, so accessible from any module).

- Step One: Click on The Library: A Closer Look. Print it out as you will need to record answers and turn in this worksheet.
- Step Three: Read the instructions carefully. If you have any questions, ask your instructor. In this activity, I am looking for evidence that you thought about what makes each section unique as you browsed the sections and became familiar with the layout of the library.
- Step Four: Turn in your work to Ms. Kantor and begin the next module.
